  I rented an apartment from them on Airbnb and it was a horrible experience. Really lazy and unprofessional rental agency, Ana was the employee who I has to deal with. Had to wait 3 days for my internet to work. Horrible smell in the bathroom and closet from bad plumbing which transferred onto my clothes (exactly what you want for a month when you're on vacation). The mattress was really cheap, you can feel the springs. Half the apartment does not have blinds so you will be woken up at the crack of dawn. Nothing to cook with or eat on. Worst Airbnb furnished rental experience I've had in Medellin and worldwide.
  
  I left the apartment one day early and gave the keys to my girlfriend so she could get some of her stuff. When she arrived to get her stuff the receptionist started threatening her that she needed the keys asap because they had someone else checking in that afternoon. What? Our booking didn't even end until the following day. Really unprofessional and horrible customer service. Truly incompetent rental agency.
  
  I also love that Ana had the nerve to leave me a negative review on Airbnb given the fact that all I wanted was what was advertised in the airbnb listing. I guess working internet, plates, spoons, forks and towels are too much to ask for in a furnished rental but they have no problem advertising as such and charging for it!
