Huge waste of time. Typical lack of professionalism rampant in this city.

Apparently, if the manager woman there does not like you, you will get the runaround, back and forth, only to be told the studio apartment has already been rented out. Final interaction was to be placed on hold until I finally got tired of waiting and hung up.

I can understand reserving the right to refuse service (even to a well dressed gent ready to present ID, pay in cash, and sign paperwork) however, wasting people's time is not acceptable.
