Fantastic hostel. Super chill, very comfortabe. Ramiro is so nice and helpful. He speaks perfect English and will explain the DIY way to enjoy all the local attractions and never try to sell you a tour. The hostel is very clean, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and there's even a bbq for guests use out back and always fesh coffee available. The lounge area even has netfix and an xbox 360. I can't recommend this hostel enough. Thank you Ramiro.

Owner is an unorganized psychopath. He kicked me out at a minutes notice and looked for any excuse to do it. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Very unorganized. Turned in my key after checking out, but kept my bags at the hostel since I had some time to kill before my bus. Went back to retrieve them, and the door was locked and no one answered. Had to wait 45 minutes for someone to come. Then right before leaving they tried to accuse me of underpaying, which if they were organized in the slightest they would have known that I had paid in full. However it's a nice location.

Estuve con mi novio allí, el señor que nos atendió (un inglés) fue un tipo divino y super atento, el Hostel estaba bien limpio y muy bonito. Las camas eran espaciosas y cómodas. El Hostel tiene una ubicación ideal y la gente que trabaja allí fue super amable. Además tiene buenas conexiones con bares y restaurantes dónde nos dieron descuentos. La pasamos excelente, lo único que no fue muy positivo es que en la habitación dónde estabamos habia una mexicana de mierque era super ruidosa, habladora y prendia las luces a la 1 de la mañana o usaba el baño y la puerta del baño chillaba horrible entonces te despertabas a cada rato. Deberían tener un par de reglas en cuanto a la convivencia entre personas para que eso no pase. Pero más allá de eso, la verdad perfecto. Lo recomiendo!

We spent one night but the staff was always nice and ready to help us with our typical tourist questions. The place is cozy and clean. We were a group of 10 and stayed all in one room with private bathroom. Good location near the main square.

After traveling in Colombia for 5 weeks I can say that this hostel is way below average. There is only one shower for the whole hostel and it even couldn't be locked because the door was broken. The athmosphere is not nice at all. No nice area to relax. No space in the dorms. Avoid this place.

The manager, Santi, has no clue how to run the hostel - he has taken over his family home and converted it into a hostel. He's always got his mates around and on my last night there, one of his friends brought a girl into our dorm at 5am, woke us up, and proceeded to have sex for an hour and a half on a vacant bed. It turned out to be his brother and the manager wasn't apologetic about it
