  Firstly, When I brought guests by, they wanted to ask for identification of my friends. This place was listed on Airbnb, and it should be guest friendly; however, it operates like a hotel rather than an Airbnb. Secondly, I paid on Airbnb, and they ended up double charging me when I got to the hotel. So I had to go through weeks of emailing and discussions to get this simple issue resolved. The hotel is nice, and in a good location, but the management is very undertrained in business. What a beautiful hotel to have under such poor management. For the headaches I had, I give this review.

  Visited this place and met with the staff. Staff were super friendly. Has a Great location close to Parque 93. Many cool amenities including a rooftop terrace, small gym with decent equipment, 20 seat home theater, bar, and conference rooms. I highly recommend staying here when in Bogota.

  By far the best hotel I have ever been to, the staff do everything, most attentive I have ever met, the kitchens have all the equipment, modern style with every piece of new technology, they provide everything. Their restaurant is great although they tend to not have things that are on the menu the entire time I was here (such as the lasagna). 100% recommend possibly one of the best hotels in South America

  Excelente ubicación y servicio. Habitaciones amplias y buen Internet. La comida es muy buena, pero el room service después de las 23 h es limitado.
