  best cold dish: 老满大拌菜 (cabbage, peanuts, deliciousness) best fried dumpling: 猪肉香菇锅贴 tastiest thing you haven't tried: 塞螃蟹 (tofu/egg? dried scallops, crab, topped with vinegar, just get it, trust me.)
