Pros:
🔻 Large rooms
🔻 Decent breakfast buffet
🔻 ATM & Currency exchange machine in the lobby
Cons:
🔻 Front desk is always slammed and as a result, pretty rude.
🔻 Rooms smelled like smoke
🔻 TERRIBLE location - pay extra to be actually close to The Bund. I felt really far off from the city action & sometimes would pay 100RMB to get to and fro (each way) to The Bund.response / report this review -

Had to get a second room as the first had housekeeping issues. Resolved ASAP but I still had to stand in line after two tour groups as a result.

I forgot my small orange Color travel bag in toilet.but my Shanghai Friend call your hotel and find out but they said don't have.
I m don't hope to accuse wrong people (Housekeeping).
Please kindly check and revert back to me.
I m feel very unhappy with this kind of service.
