This fitness studio / gym is separated inside the building into rooms for aerobic courses (Entry A, 2. floor) and a gym for weightlifting and cardio (Entry C/D, 3. floor).
The gym is relatively small, but well equipped with plenty free weights and a smart selection of machines.
A huge advantage over most other gyms is that the air-conditioning is effective in summer. It's also far less crowded than most gyms in Shenzhen.
Prices for the gym are average for Shenzhen, but terms are much more flexible and they don't have cut-throat salesmen who try to rip you off (which is typical for gyms in China).
Ask for their strength and conditioning coach David if you are looking for someone competent to train you.
