    Was there two days ago and wanted to ask some questions related to Chinese US marriages. I am a US citizen and presented my passport. The guard at the door DENIED me entrance!! Insisted I had to have an appointment except appointments are for notaries or passport services. Nothing for general questions. Be forewarned this US consulate WILL TURN AWAY CITIZENS!!
