I've stayed at The Coli many times over the years. It's always first class but at mid price.
It's one of the best hotels with easy access to east side of DongGuan. (See LongGang TangLa and TangXia SanJen/Gem)

My one complaint: there's a westerner-style bar/lounge--good! --but the service is terrible. The iPad menu is stupidity. I once waited forty minutes for a gin & tonic. (Which turned out to be a glass of warm gin. The staff almost exploded when I went behind the bar and made my own.)
Yes, this is China so I don't expect a perfect cocktail or a bar.

酒店位置距离机场稍远，但是所在区域城区环境较好，优雅安静。客服比较满意，客房空间卫生均很好。早餐种类比较丰盛，美中不足是粤式风味早茶没有感觉到。酒店有室外游泳池，方便锻炼。

It may be located a while from downtown Shenzhen, but it was a pleasure to stay at the Coli hotel. Staff in the lobby were friendly and helpful, there was a big selection of food for breakfast (including some awesome pastries), and everything from the lobby to the rooms to the conference rooms was immaculate.
