Phenomenal experience. Non intrusive but welcoming bag boy, the charming check in desk staff, luxury hotel room and first class clean and fresh spa facilities. Outdoor pool on level 5 is a must at night (but before 8!). Dukes grill was simple and fantastic. The whole thing is perfect but understated.

First impression, it's a gorgeous property with amazing fresh flower arrangements making the whole lobby area smell wonderful. In line with standard Langham properties, there was the pink taxi parked out front. Check in at the club lounge due to room with club access was nice as I was escorted by a super friendly bellboy. Offered drinks while I waited in a comfortable chair. Definitely worth booking a club room. Took off one star as I was denied an upgrade despite being a 1865 voyager member and the hotel was still selling the next tier room. Staff doing the check in was insistent that they were fully booked despite higher tier rooms still bookable via the offical website. Another star deducted due to the poor cleanliness standard of the room. As in the pictures, writing desk had the outline of cups still clearly visible, cigarette ash on the floor and an obvious burn mark. Location wise, not in the most convenient neighbourhood, surrounded mostly by offices and residences. There is a small mall attached to the hotel, accessible through a doorway beside the shop that sells in house chocolates. Within the mall there are some shops and eateries available.

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous, plush rooms and excellent service. The jazz bar is a highlight! The entire hotel smells like fresh flowers.
