Really great rooms, nice interior, friendly staff, typically strange Chinese breakfast buffet (who eats corn on the cob for breakfast?)

A great place to stay in Longgang, and very accommodating to Westerners.

This hotel has potential to actually be a nice place to stay, however the
staff are almost completely untrained in hospitality and customer service.
Example.
1. Ordered beer, waiter doesn't bring bottle opener, beer trapped inside for 20 mins. Beer now hot.
2. Ping pong, pool, snooker, etc all cost about 60RMB even for guests.
3. Restaurant etc can not tab food drink etc, must pay for every purchase. And must pay after each round.
So if i sit there any drink 2 coffee, 3 beer, one entree and one main, pay after each one. What THE???
4. If I query a bill or some other irregularity, 3-6 staff surround me until its resolved.
Honestly, I know this is China and has some funny service concepts, but they really need to get a manager in who understands the word CUSTOMER SERVICE and train these people how to do exactly that.

Decent a bit dirty though! Impressive build but managed in a poor way. Shower alone makes up for alot.
