The administration is overly bureaucratic and staff are unfriendly if not disgusting. Horrible dorms but well-rated cafeteria. A very small and packed library partially installed with air-conditioners (summer will kill you! ). Some professors are nice but not enough to offset the horrible administration. Just simply don't waste your time here!
