Very good experience here! Nice front desk and conceriege staff, clearly guide me to the place I need to go. Very thanks! Bed is very comfortable and I got quite nice sleep here! Truly appreciate!

此次和家人回南京探亲。无意间选择了贵酒店，出乎意料体验非常好！首先一进大堂就能看到工作人员热情友好的跟你打招呼，还有热茶暖胃。前台快速专业的给我办理好了入住。进到房间，景观非常好而且房间打扫得很干净。在这里谢谢打扫卫生的大姐！酒店楼下就是商圈，也有吃饭的地方，很方便。没用到酒店早餐有点可惜，相信味道也一样很不错的！祝大家也新年快乐，团团圆圆！

Very bad experience to book this hotel, never come again.
First, they couldn't find your reservation form their system if you are using third party to book this hotel. We need to call international phone call in China to solve this problem.
Second, after you checked out, you already paid your hotel using all the points. They still charged your money by no reason. The money amount is exactly your hotel rate. SO ridiculous. Now, if you back to US, you need to call China phone call to fix this.
Third, no matter how their booking system or front desk services bad are, the bathroom odd smell is so terrible. Non-smoking room is not really non-smoking room. You still can smell smoke everywhere.

Arrival with friendly and service by bellman. Front desk reception is speeding and smile, room size is good and clean. Breakfast with varieties, taste good, chef provide efficient with smile food service. Swimming pool is good. Air conditions are good and wifi good. Check out with welcome back farewell! Everything well!!!
