Nice rooms but they are showing older than they are. Breakfast wishlist send to have declined over the years as well. It would also be nice to include the internet TV services that other hotels are starting to add in China.

Not as good as expected for a hotel in the Sheraton chain.
The room was without coffee set.
The breakfast and dinner although offered a lot of choices, that was their weakness as well. Many choices meant poor quality of food and most cooked dishes were already cold.
The location is very convenient, next to Wanda mall and next to subway station.

+ Convenient Location
A very convenient place to stay if you are in Wuxi mainly because it is located right next to Wanda - a major shopping mall which has various department stores, restaurants, a movie theater (with "fake" IMAX), and a supermarket - so you don't have to go far to get all your basic necessities. Moreover, due to its proximity to Wanda, there are many bus routes that pass through the area (however, be aware that buses stop quite early in Wuxi). Conversely, the closest railway station is Wuxi Railway Station which is approximately a 30 RMB taxi ride to.
+ Clean and Modern Fitness Room
I absolutely love the the Sheraton's fitness room as there seems to never be anyone using the machines or swimming in the pools. The treadmills here are among some of the best I have used in China, there are both free weights and machines, a medium sized swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room as well as lockers. All of the equipment is maintained very well and kept very clean.
+ Clean and Well-Equipped Rooms
The hotel premises, both the common areas (lobby, restaurants, bathrooms, fitness room) and the rooms, are kept in near pristine condition. Moreover, the entertainment/business system is very modern - allowing you to hook up your various Apple/PC products to the television and speaker system.
~ Service
The service is a little slow at times, especially when requesting a computer cable for the room.
- No Free Internet in the Rooms
In order to get internet in the rooms, there is a surcharge, which is not on par with other five star (and even lower) hotels in China which all offer free wifi even in the rooms. There is free wifi in the lobby.
