This park has good exercise equipment and a level path to run, plenty of places to sit and relax, and a beautiful, clear river. If you're visiting the city it might be worth a few hours of your time, and if you live here it is definitely a great place to exercise or enjoy nature.

This place is nice since it's devoid of people but it lacks facilities. It's a good place to get away from the hustle and bustle of Shenzhen

Very beautiful, huge and peaceful park, right in the heart of Futian, Shenzhen, very near to the world famous Huaqiangbei area with a river running through it. Perfect for morning (or evening) runs. Keep in mind that pets are not allowed (even though I've seen many ignore the rule). Also keep in mind that these days there are constructions on the North part of the park.
