Terrible!!
Very small area and I've been staying in a add on bed that's all bumpy!
I have at least 10 suitcases and their all over the place!
Poor service.
Food is very oily.
Cleaning poor.
Annoying TV (USB is not allowed)
Fragile items.
Small amounts of power plants (International people USA, AUS, EU, SIN) You need a switchable plug!!
It's okay to stay for one night,
But not if your living/staying here!!
If you want nice food, go to the shop right next to it (Riverview Place)(Kerry)
Also if your a foreigner, beware of the poor Wi-Fi you will be given, if your using VPN, please be careful as VPNs are being canceled by February Next year!
So, over all, DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!

Excellent hotel, the service is above and beyond. Rooms are well maintained and I loved the subtle modern Chinese touches.

Beautiful hotel from the moment we walked in. Spacious well decorated room with a stunning view of the river and city. Room was quiet and the bedding perfect. VERY friendly staff. The concierge was helpful in making an flower arrangement that fit my budget. Loved the Spa, gym , swimming pool. Spotless everywhere. Go for the Horizon club room.

I stayed here several times while in Tianjin. It is a very new hotel and one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed at.
