  I would give the hotel five star if it wasn't for the size and there crowd. Even with 8 elevators you have to wait a long time. I stayed at the Horizon Club floor with access to a great lounge that took away some of the pain.

  5 star hotel with 5 star service. Everything was excellent. But pricey room rates and dining.

  Very nice and upscale. Minimal smoke smell which is a huge plus for any hotel in Guangzhou.
