bu hao! The foreign teachers have almost 100% turnover every year because this place works it's teachers like slave labour, saying you have to put in 23 hours of office work every week, work on Christmas (even thought it's written in your contract that you can have that day off). The admissions dept. demands that the grades are manipulated so it looks like the classes are very difficult. the salary is only 5,500 yuan for non-Masters, and 6,500 for Masters degree holders. If you ask questions, the admissions dept. will ignore you and hope you just go away. Even the students complain about the quality of the classes. SUFE admissions dept. only cares about their image. Before you work here, you need to ask about the high turnover, and ask why there are 2 pages of appendixes, and why the salary is so low. Don't work at SUFE!
