  It has been more than a week now that we do not have service for our elevator and it is not even functioning. We even don't think that we can rely on you in the future with this kind of service. Everyday Sweet and Nama promises to have the elevator fixed but nothing has been done to this moment yet they want us to sign a new contract for another year.
  
  Very frustrating. I have never seen this disorganization. I know Mitsubishi is a good company but the office here in Tanzania needs to be more organized and provide better service.
  
  We cant think of issuing anymore contracts to the company for our other projects.

  hello, we need help here in the elevators of tiuna city, northwest sector, tower a13, since they are both detained. one of the cards is saturated with faults and the elevator is switched off, and the other elevator is also switched off because there are no spare parts. thanks please i need an urgent response
