Very nice rooms, the breakfast could be a little bit more various. Great possibilities to go eating in surrounding restaurants.

lack of attention to detail from the staff (especially managment), as well as after it was brought to their attention, i.e., wrong room, broken coffee maker, no stamps at concierge

Service was good. Close by SHA to go in and out of Shanghai. Rooms are a bit outdated. One of the oldest Marriott hotels in Shanghai (was told 15 years old). Though, they do have plans to renovate the hotel next year
