  very nice hotel, the staff is very friendly and helpful.. the included breakfast is really good.. tip if the day.. ask for the 20th floor upgrade

  I stayed a few times in 2015. Clean & comfortable. Very friendly & helpful staff. Breakfast big variety of food. Buffet dinner also large variety. Hotel regularly organises optional activities free-of-charge for guests. Free bicycle rental. Hotel is right beside Suzhou Central Park & Central Park Metro Station. Big shopping centre opposite, and a few more big shopping centres within walking distance. Also quite a number of good clean massage shops nearby. Lots of food shops around. Food from various parts of China including Muslim food, Hong Kong food, Congee shop, Western food. There are even roadside hawkers two streets away (they come to setup stall after 10pm. I really enjoyed my stay here.

  What a great time we had at Renaissance Suzhou! The food was great, there was a huge variety! Happy hour was great and recommended! Rooms were clean and spacious! And most of all the service, the team at Suzhou really went out of their way to make us feel welcome and we felt like VIP's.

  Breakfast selection is average, rooms are clean, and lounge service is good. However, better deals may be available elsewhere for a comparable price.

  great launching pad for visiting Suzhou. close to the park and subway entrances. the Breakfast and daily buffets rival that of kings.

  The Hotel Renaissance, Suzhou is my home away home. The best staff, smiley faces welcome you at the entrance, breakfast and club lounge. It is adjacent to Central Park, good for walk after dinner or jogging in the morning. I recommend Renaissance if you are in Suzhou
