  The staff barely speaks English and the breakfast could be improved, however it is the best international hotel at Kaiping center

  吃早点的时候点的东西等了很久没有人拿上来 而且他们的服务态度很差跟他们经理说了而且他们还说不是他们的责任我觉得给一颗星都太多了如果可以的话我根本就不会给他们星而且进去的时候我觉得他们餐厅很脏

  Great view. The hotel seems to be getting updated starting at the highest floors, going down. The older rooms definitely needed an update. The new rooms (which I stayed in) were very nice. Biggest changes were in the bathroom.

  On my first trip back to China after 54 years, I stayed at the Pan Tower International Hotel on the recommendation of a taxi driver. The managers and front desk clerks are multilingual and between my Toishanese and English, I was able to communicate quite well. The rooms are immaculate with many amenities. The view from the room allows one to see the Pearl River Delta and how the rivers flows in and then out according to the tide. I have never seen hotel staff so kind and accomodating. Listening to the Toishanese spoken by the other patrons - all overseas Chinese - and the staff brought back fond memories of my family's conversations in the USA where I grew up away from any large population speaking this dialect. The entire staff made me feel welcome and I will hold them and the Kaiping Pan Tower International Hotel in my heart with great appreciation and fondness. Wonderful hospitality!
