  The place is poorly maintained and unhygienic, the staff is super aggressive and rude and kept asking for a massage. The buffet is disgusting. The pool is dirty, the steam room smells like piss. The sleeping room has no ventilation. He massages are way overpriced. I wasn't looking for a 5-star hotel experience and was looking for a relaxing time after a long day of work, I ended up getting more stressed than before. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more than the 263 they charged me and go to an actual hotel. Nasty place. Don't go.
