Staff speak English well, room is beautiful, clean and has temperature control. No smell of smoke or sewage. Room service and Western food options. A relief after other hotels that looked beautiful but lacked ameneties!

By far the nicest hotel in have ever stayed at. Prompt service, extremely helpful staff, especially being a US national in China for the first time. Would definitely recommend!

Hotel staff were friendly and very helpful! They gave us a free upgrade and did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms and facilities are very clean. Highly recommended!

Stayed here for 6D2N. Sliding door seemed stuck all the time. Lol. But the pool is so nice!!

Good location and nice atmosphere at the hotel. Very helpful and service minded personel. The hotel restaurant is also really good for breakfast and lunch buffe.

My husband and I stayed here in late March. The location of the hotel was great for us as first time visitors to Beijing. Located w/in walking distance for us to so many sites and the staff were helpful and so gracious. We will highly recommend to friends who are fortunate enough to visit this amazing city and the beautiful country of China.

The atmosphere of the hotel was very nice, and the staff were very polite. There is also a fabulous mall attached to the hotel which I spent a lot of time in. Very enjoyable!

I have stayed here the last 2 nights and leave tomorrow. I cannot say enough about New World Beijing. Rooms are large and modern. Food is fantastic. The staff truely care that your stay. Hanna, who works in the tenth floor lounge gets a special shout out for the way she performs her duties. Well done.
