  Staff are very kind and helpful. Services are excellent. A good place to stay if visiting Hangzhou. Shuttle bus to the airport only takes 30 minutes and costs only 15 RMB.

  下沙地区で唯一の五つ星ホテル。タオルは良く乾いており、水回りも良い。ベッドも柔らかで快適。

  5 stars hotel bad services. Booked non-smoking room, insisted me to stay at smoking room due to room availability or pay almost half of the room rate to upgrade. Worst 5 stars hotel at Hangzhou. 3-4star Holiday Inn better.
