The worst 5 star property I have ever been.. just have a fancy building but the hotel is really below average.. the air conditioning was terrible and when we complained about the same.. they had horrible reasons and the told they could not make the temperature below 25 degrees.. only the fan was working in all the rooms..we checked other rooms too but I believe they have not even switched on the central air conditioning.. they were showing us the window to open if we needed cold air..
Unbelievable experience.. worst choice for any kind of traveler.. would choose to stay in a motel better that this..response / report this review -
