Very nice hotel. Staffs are super friendly helpful, and hotel room and facilities are nice. Locationwise it is in pudong next to the river, about 15-20min walk to swfc but not too close to metro stations. Was very easy to get taxi during my stay.

Lovely hotel with great service. I really enjoyed my time there. The luxury of the bathtub was somewhat spoiled by the smell of the water, unfortunately.

I lived in an executive apartment at the Mandarin Oriental for almost a year. It was truly a home away from home thanks to the friendly and dedicated staff led by Michelle and Leo. The front desk team was always there to call a taxi and quick to solve the problems both small and large that a non-Chinese speaker encounters in Shanghai. Gary in particular was an enormous help. A short walk from the Lujiazui metro station, the Mandarin Oriental is an oasis of calm on the banks of the Huangpu River. My apartment was perfect, with a shower and bed suited for a very tall person such as me. I miss them both! The gym facilities are excellent. The Fifty 8° Grill offers the best Western cuisine in Shanghai in terms of value for money. Alexis and the entire staff made dining there a delight. Go to the Qi Bar and have a Corpse Reviver No. 2, the perfect antidote to the bustle of life in the world’s largest city. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

Perfect. Great pool, excellent gym area. Food also very good. The rooms are new, original and somewhat cosy. Service impeccable

Let's give it credit where credit is due, hotel is stunning just out of a movie fabulous out of this world, I just wish the workers would not keep like looking at me strangely because of my drag dressing but I guess that should not matter but the hotel is amazing and clean

Exquisite hotel. Loved the buffet in Zest. So much to choose from. Plus a amazing dessert selection. Helen the restaurant manager was extremely friendly yet professional. Definitely recommend.
