Place has decent Chinese cuisine on 2nd floor and 5th floor. Beware of what you buy
Fake goods galore. You can get everything you can imagine from yeezys to Supreme cash shooter. Goyards to LVs. Make sure to at least half the opening price.
It was claustrophobic, and way too packed out for my comfort. Is there emergency lighting of any worth ? No visible exits. Just made me wonder about fire risk to be honest. The most popular activities were the nails and feet , massages and restaurants. I did all floors, and did actually find some real nice original products amongst the fake clutter, especially stones, bespoke clothing and cloth. But best liked the monkey man outside, he trained his little friend to dig into your pockets once he latched onto your legs ;) Real monkey business in action.
You know what type of stuff this place sells, so don't let the stubborn sellers go over you, just go on your own pace. And bargain, bargain, bargain, bargain. No really bargain. you can get prices as low as a dollar.
You will get cheated, that's the only thing that you can be sure of when you get here.
But it's crazy and fun. Don't miss it.
It is a great place for shopping but you need to be a good at bargaining! You will get all the brands you want but they will not be durable and original! Of they will look like originals! Be careful of the money changes as they may give you fake RMBs!
There are dozens of shops for just about everything and the prices are very reasonable. I got a custom tailored suit for ¥1050, which is about $160 USD. The problem with this place though is that there are a lot of high pressure salespeople lurking around and if they catch sight of a western person, they will follow you relentlessly. I have found though that even a little bit of Mandarin goes a long way. If you say "bù yào" (don't want) a couple of times they generally get the picture and leave you alone.
In there, it have many people all days so be careful of the thief. My mother always bring me to there and buy many pretty clothes for me. The sellers know my mother very well. 🤣
If you want to get pirate goods, this is the place to go! Far superior to the markets further inland, or in Zhuhai! Be sure to haggle any and all prices! You can go as low as 10% of original asking for clothing.
You can buy anything here if you buy more than one item it's better to negotiate the price.
A place full of traps for foreign shoppers. If you are a serious buyer, window shopping is more suitable to you. You must bargain hard otherwise you would most probably regret for what you have bought.
Is a multi-level Shopping Center with tons of shops selling everything from counterfeit bags and watches to tailor-made suit. There's a nice dim sum place on the third floor.
You can buy everything here and for a bargain. However you just haggle. They also have shops to do anything for beauty (manicures, pedicures, nail extensions, and eyebrow tattooing).
Place to go if you are in Shenzhen and your are not looking for quality. You can practice your negotiation skills and also buy cheap clothe, not original but good enough to wear. Enjoy bargain
