This is a very nice place. The one drawback is transportation. It's better to have a car as public transportation is just about nonexistent. I've been here three months and have enjoyed many walks on the beach. Lots of shells to collect at low tide. From mid-January to now (beginning of April) the weather has been good for walking along the shore. There are bicycles and ATV vehicles for rent. The hotel is one of several in this complex called Lunas Del Mar. There are a few restaurants, shops, an ATM, and a convenience store all of which are a little pricey. The beach is good for swimming, I'm told, because it's shallow for quite a ways from shore.
