Ancient mosque with ancient lighthouse (apparently mistaken as prayer call tower)
Famous Arab traveller Saad bin Waqas of 8 century buried in the compound
Mosques but without dome and built in Chinese tradition of with curved roof, and small wall facing the entrance
There is a moon sighting tower
Old trees in the compound
Few good Muslim restaurants opposite the mosque a Chinese and Indian cuisine
Halal provision shop as well as meat butchery too
Good halal restaurant nearby.
Named after the Prophet Muhammad Himself, this is the oldest Mosque of Guangzhou and of China. The oldest part should be the inclined Minaret. The site is not open to the general public, but a talk with the local guard may open doors..
I have been hear soo nice
Very well maintained. Love the architecture.
I visit this place twice in a year and every time feel relaxed by offering prayers specially on friday.
