Asked for a non-smoking room but was housed in a smoking room. Expect to breathe plenty of smoke. The carpet flooring is old and dirty. Not a pleasant stay. Expect more for the price I paid. Air conditioning is dodgy, sometimes work sometimes doesn't. Internet connection is poor - the speed is so slow that I can't use it to do anything!

Room are clean and tidy. But slightly small. Price quite expensive as well. Near many shopping mall. And also near West lake. Can see West lake at their level 19 breakfast resturant.

房間非常殘舊，整天晚上房內沒有空調，熱到整晚不能睡，打去房預務說等10分鐘中央冷氣會調好，10分鐘后都沒有冷氣，打去前台說沒有房間可換，工程人員還未上班，叫我們忍耐，什麼年代，空調還要人打電話去要人調房內溫度，離曬譜

The staff was helpful despite being super busy. The food was delicious, especially in the 2nd floor Chinese restaurant (do not eat steak in 19th floor "Western Restaurant if you are an American, you will be disappointed).
The beds were comfy. I really appreciated the laundry servics as Hongzhou has 100% humidity most of the year. And of course there is an umbrella in every room.
