Booked this hotel only to find it is basically closed. No restaurant, no room service, nothing. Of course they won't let us cancel our booking.

The hotel is OK and it good value for the money. However, because of this, it can be very crowded. In the morning, between 7.30 and 8.30 am, when everyone is checking out, the lifts are too small and slow. Somehow, it seems that one of the lift is always not working. To make matter worst, the buttons on the lift are very sensitive, so when everyone is squeeze inside, very often, some one's arm will accidentally touch many buttons which make the lift stop at every floor. We stayed for 5 days and have to give ourselves more time when using the lift.
