most rooms have nice views but the best ones need to pay extra. pool is good. service good. if money not a concern get the best view. otherwise deco is nothing special.

The rooftop terrace offers a different perspective of the Bund. Go there early as this place fills up fast. The cocktail prices are similar to the other bars on the bund.

A chic hotels, bar at the top with amazing view specially by night, comfy decorated rooms, great options during breakfast time overlooking the river. Quiet rooms, good service. Nice business center facility.

Nice , comfortable. Breakfast lacks a bit for westerners. However recommended nice hotel. Staff are great, go out of their way to ensure you have what you need.

Wonderful staff and hotel experience. Fine dining and top-notch service. Rooftop Bar and views to die for. Very unique vibe and decor. Great location close to The Bund. I would recommend to anyone. It has everything you could ask for.

Terrible experience. I had booked a top floor king bed non-smoking room for my honeymoon months in advance. When I got there they first say that they can give me a twin bed room because it is the same. I say it is not the same for me and then they say that they don't have other options because rooms the type I booked are being used by other guests who have chosen late checkout. I complain, they first say that I can have my room if I wait until later, which I accept, but they later say that is not an option. They say they will give me a "better" room because it will be in a higher floor (which was no upgrade because that is what I had booked in first place) but it will be a smoking room. They say it will not smell bad but it stinks. In short they simply may not have the room you have booked. Moreover I felt lied to from the beginning. It was my honeymoon and the only way they could help me fix the problem is by calling a cab that fortunately took me to the Waldorf Astoria.

I love the concept of the locally inspired hotel, first class view over the bund and classy Skybar. Perfect cuisine and ready for service,friendly staff make this hotel one of the premium locations in the world.

This was a great find. Perfect location. Modern and funky decor. Great location for walking the Bund. Nice gym, awesome breakfast. Service was good. Come back after a long day of adventures and read a book in a modern tub with fantastic city view! I spend 12 weeks a year in China and so far this hotel is number one. Not high priced or business like. Just cool and relaxing. Enjoy.
