When I stayed they were doing some remodeling but it didn't get in the way of anything. Beds are not foreigner friendly (low and hard) personal preference I guess. Bar closed too early and room service selection was slim, especially late night dining (3 sandwiches). I stayed in a suite which had great views of the city and probably too many chairs/lounger/sofas for the room. It was well furnished and didn't feel as old as the exterior looks. At the price point for when I stayed made it worth it. Oh and complimentary tsingtao in the mini fridge.

This hotel is good but not great. Breakfast is ok we can get continental items.. Rooms are good.. Staff behavior is nice and very helpful.. Location wise it's good..

Stayed for a night, excellent breakfast although the dishes are always empty by the time you arrive, so i highly suggest anyone to go for breakfast early to ensure there's food. Also nice views through the huge windows.

Very nice hotel. The rooms were were clean and modern and all of the staff that I talked to spoke English. Also, the hotel is located very close to restaurants, shopping and other activities.

An oasis in a city where the simplest of tasks are an adventure for a Westerner.great multicultural/western buffet breakfast. Most services in the hotel are pricey in US$ but they are very convenient. Internet is charged for in the room 15mins free per day, then 1RMB per minute after to 100RMB per day. No wifi in the room, wifi in breakfast floor and lobby for free.
