Good western style hotel option in Taicang.

Very clean, bright and comfortable rooms. Cleaning personnel takes very good care and is friendly.

Breakfast is really good! Plenty of Western and Asian options. Offer changes every day slightly, so you won't get bored too quickly. Offers are pastries, bread, dumplings, freshly made noodle soup, freshly made eggs, fruit, cereal, (very good) coffee, plenty of veggies, .

Gym and pool facilities are very good as well. Small but sufficient gym, pool area and shower very clean.

Reception staff is also very welcoming and helpful with mostly good English.

我們與晚上8點多到達酒店，停車場的酒店工作人員對車輛沒有引導，而是隨便讓你去一邊停車。酒店前台的服務員並不多，只有兩人，由於是白金會員，所以被升級了一個檔次的房間，但是卻沒有給會員歡迎飲料。房間中規中矩，沒有特別的大印象。但是當我們洗澡的時候，發現浴巾上有污點，進而檢查房間的設施衛生，發現床單也是不乾淨的，然後房間墻壁上有灰塵堆積，這些讓我的住宿體驗就差了很多。中午在酒店的中餐廳吃飯，服務人員對業務並不是非常熟悉，詢問了許多人，特別是對於膳悅會這個會籍。早餐是在咖啡廳吃的，餐食的種類並不是很多，而且發現很不衛生的地方，廚師在那邊製作華夫餅，並沒有戴上手套，而是徒手，並且直接與食品接觸，看後，最後直接不吃華夫餅了。

I have been sleeping here for almost 3 weeks now, and I am really impressed by the cleanliness and standard on the rooms and the food here. Although, there are also here issues with sleeping english, yet most of the workers speak some or good english.
