  My first visit to this particular property. I have stayed at many Hilton Hotels in my travels and have always been satisfied with their professional staff and accommodating facilities. This hotel is no different. The General Manager Albert Kaindlbauer and his staff were exception from the moment I arrived in Zhengzhou. The hotel car service was waiting at the airport as promised and quickly got me to my room which was appreciated after more than 22 hours of air travel. The driver was friendly and spoke English well enough for us to chat along the route. One note on that, I read previous reviews of this hotel that were critical of the English speaking ability of the staff here. I find that comical since this hotel is in the heart of China. One should not expect the entire hotel to be fluent in English. While some staff had not quite mastered the English language, I did not find that to be a problem at all. My overall impression of the hotel staff Is outstanding. Very friendly, attentive, and welcoming. I received outstanding treatment and felt at home here.
  
  The room I had had was a spacious suite that was a complimentary upgrade due to my Lifetime Diamond status. My thanks to Iris Liu for that perk. The suite was very comfortable and met all my needs. It was located on a high floor so traffic noise was non-existent. Views of the city skyline were spectacular on days where the pollution was minimized by the wind. High scores for the accommodations.
  
  The property is located near the Central Business District in the heart of the city. It is not a resort hotel with lush gardens on a beachfront. So yes, there is a main thoroughfare in front of the hotel. If noise is a concern for you, then ask for a room on a higher floor.
  
  This hotel has several restaurants with a good variety of options. I did enjoy the buffet immensely. A very large spread with many options sumptuous options for any palate. Very reasonably priced as well. But I also enjoyed being close by to many local restaurants and street food vendors was able to take in much of the culture within footsteps of the front door.
  
  I really can't think of single thing bad to say about my stay at this hotel. I highly recommend it to any traveler whether staying in Zhengzhou on business or holiday. You won't be disappointed.

  Stayed in a suite. Great room! Staff is very helpful and all are quite proficient in English. Felt at home.

  服務生輕聲細語的很細心，飯店設備沒話說，精心設計，很適合旅行者。在熱鬧繁華的地段，不用擔心偏僻無人的問題。
  早餐自助式，是鄭州少數如此用心的飯店各國早餐。
  希爾頓飯店不只是硬體高人一等，軟體上的服務也不只是表面而已，是真的可以讓你完全感受真心誠意的對待唷…

  This hotel was a disappointment. We stayed here for a week while in Zhengzhou for an adoption. Upsides: Very good buffet options and staff, and the hotel is newer and generally clean. Downsides: Staff. The staff is poorly trained and not very good at English. Two people in our family had colds while staying here, and it took 2+ days, 10 calls to the front desk, and 2 trips down from the 20th floor before we were able to get an open, half-full bag of tissue. We finally got toilet paper after 5 days. Another downside: Location. While it's not terrible, it's located right on a busy, loud road. If you have any trouble sleeping, this place is not for you.
  
  BTW, there's no air conditioning. Terrible wifi connection, and wired internet didn't work at all. The hotel promised they'd send a tech guy to help us, but he never came. Also note you can only use 1 key because to get any electricity in the room, you have to have a key inserted in the wall near the door.
  
  Room Tip: We had room 2015, and it was loud b/c of the road. At least you generally don't hear the neighbors...

  整體來說服務不錯/早餐可以接受。
  位置不錯但往紫荊山方向當時正在修路，要走去地鐵站需要經過工地(現在或許有改善)。
  晚餐可以到對面的曼哈頓商業廣場解決。

  酒店地段非常好，离地铁250米，还低处繁华区。非常方便，希尔顿的品牌、服务非常好，处处主动并微笑。房间比较大，床大而且舒适，健身设施好，水和毛巾齐全。还帮忙开电梯。卫生干净整洁。也比较新。节日期间早餐人比较多，服务人员很到位。卫生间非常干净。
