  The front office is very friendly and helpful. Very good customer service. Breakfast has a very good range of food. The Chinese restaurant at the lobby is not very customer service minded though, also not all can speak English in this restaurant. This hotel is big. Big room also. TV show quality is not good although cable is available but they're not good screen quality (don't expect HD). Shower and bath tub is very nice and clean. Free WiFi is available but not good quality. The location of this hotel is in the city but not many places around it for sightseeing or food. No shopping mall nearby.

  Nice lounge and executive tower separate from the other 2 towers. Executive rooms are large and comfortable. Lounge is quiet and well staffed. Only downside is distance from nearest metro station, but can be walked in 20 to 30 mins.

  Excelent hotel. Amazing breakfast. Good gym area. Good service. Little bit far from the city centre. But good for business purposes as you avoid the traffic rush roads
