Science park is a home for numerous companies HQ, including ZTE, TCL, Lenovo, Tencent and many many others. Area is really busy on the weekdays - you'd better avoid subway during peak hours (8:30 to 9:30 and 17:30 - 19:00), but it gets really empty on the weekends (great place for a long walk).
