  The worst thing is the taste of the food. I think they forgot to use spices and salts sometimes making the dishes tasteless. They don’t provide safe, refrigerator and bathroom utilities. Starting from the Receptionists, no staff speaks English making it very hard to communicate.
  Apart from that, rooms are clean, polite staffs and good safety.
  Oh. The place is also quite far from city and shopping Malls too. It would take about 15 mins to the nearest shopping mall or restaurant.
