  The whole facility needs some serious maintainance. Pretty bad room experience. Parking is very limited. Location is ok, if the old town center is where you need to be.

  地理位置不错，交通方便，整体还是很干净的

  位置特别好，在湖滨步行街里面。旁边就是西湖，另一边商场餐厅多的不得了，而且也不想杭州其他景区停车不方便。酒店有一个很大的地下停车库。

  The workers don't understand English it makes un-china costumer difficult to comunicate with them.
