Hotel's location is excellent, excellent Chinese architecture. Just next to the zig zag bridge at Westlake. Staffs were helpful and polite. A must visit for 1st time visitor to Westlake!

真的是特好的酒店，服务非常好，工作人员态度很好很亲切，看见人都有问好，一些小事也会很快搞定。还有游轮可以坐，饭菜也挺好。

Dahua is located at the shore of West Lake. Peaceful surrondings. Typical Chinese style of the hotel and rooms. Room service, conference rooms, a small, but efficient business support center, trained and polite staff, and good food and service in the hotel restaurant where only traditional Chinese food is served. My favorite Chinese hotel, the place where I feel at home after a long day with business meetings in Hangzhou.
