Chose this as my China Southern transit hotel since I'd read good reviews and had other passengers recommend it. Out of the four hotels I've tried on the free transit offer, this is my least favourite. The China Southern wing is in a different building, and feels a bit run down and tired. If you've always chosen this hotel when transiting then I recommend trying some of the others on offer.

Missed a connecting flight and China Southern put me here for the night. Nice place, clean and welcoming for an American visitor. Breakfast buffet was fine and the service quite attentive. English A+

My family and I stayed here for the layover of our flight and we had a great experience! The rooms were perfect (apart from the wi-fi which I basically couldn't use at all), the staff were willing to help and the breakfast had a great variety and it was delicious. The security overall was amazing as well, you would feel quite safe. Very close to the airport to, with the shuttle bus!

Stayed here for a short layover. Great hotel near the airport with all the necessary necessities (mini bar, towels, toothbrushes and etc). Slow wifi, almost unusable.

A rat in the restaurant during breakfast. Conferences in the middle of the hotel extreamly loud. Western restaurant bad and expensive. Among other things.
