  Worst Marriott I've ever stayed.
  
  The concierge guy's job was to deliver your luggage to your room. What I encountered was a guy sitting on his seat watching you dragging huge luggage without offering any help. He didn't even want to tell me where the front desk is until i asked(it's on the fifth floor). I also if he can deliver the luggage to the room. He was like it's none of my business and didn't even help with the request.
  
  The front desk person welcomed me with a poker face and a depressing voice like i owe him money or something.
  
  In the elevator a girl asked for a high grade if I receive the survey.
  Seriously?! Are you KIDDING?
  
  Is this really Marriott?

  Great service , people are friendly. The cost is really cheap. The hotel is in the heart of the city. Located next to a hug shopping centre. Public transportation is near by.

  Stayed there twice in 2016. Great location and food. Service level continues to improve over a few months. Friendly staff in executive lounge and restaurant made us feel right at home. This is our go-to hotel in Guangzhou.
