You are in for a treat. Best Hangzhou style cooking I've ever had. Very crowded, but they run it smoothly. Servers are extremely nice.

Great atmosphere and menu. Reminded me of the ambiance some of my favorite American restaurants. They were out of the noodles I ordered and the beer selection didn't match the menu. However Everything was great. Beautiful menu with English and pictures. We came back a second time the next night!

One of THE best place to eat in Hanghzou !! I loved the restaurant on multiple floors, great choice of meal and so good and tasty and the best is that it is pretty cheap for the quantity and quality of food. GO GO GO !

The best restaurant during my travel to Hang Zhou almost 3 years ago. But standard may dropped based on the recent comment here. Definitely will have my meal here if coming back to Hang Zhou again.

Overrated mediocre Hangzhou-style restaurant..

I looked up online and this franchise restaurant seemed to be one of the best in the city. However, the service wasn't too good, and the food was okay for its price. I just don't get why this restaurant is so popular though. Maybe the food that I chose just happened to be not so tasty, but it's definitely a place I'm not looking forward to go to again.

Very crowded, you have to take a queue number but luckily the wait was not too long. The tea chicken was very nice, as was the lime tea drink. Prices were pretty cheap too. The restaurant is just beside the lake and near to lots of other shopping and eating areas.

Excellent Hangzhou food at a reasonable price. Menu is very extensive so you have lots to choose from. This restaurant is in the main tourist area and as a result is very busy, we got there at 4 and had to wait 20 mins. Get there at 6 and you may wait over an hour. This is a chain restaurant so there are other branches in Hangzhou but not all have the same manu (the others are less extensive)

Try the tea chicken, it's legend. Very good value for money. Worth waiting in the queue. Ask for the menu with pictures if the Chinese tick list freaks you out.
