  Modern looking lobby, luxurious rooms and friendly staff. Nice restaurants on the ground floor and good Wi-Fi coverage through the compound.

  We checked in to the hotel very late *on* Tuesday night *and* found the bedding and pillows to be smelly and dirty. There were even yellow stains on the pillows. A 5 start hotel that had service of a 2 start hotel!

  Very well appointed rooms for a grand Hyatt - they are updated, big and lovely. The food is also superb. Excellent service and value.

  I have stayed here on several occasions and experienced something new each and every time. Incredibly spectacular indeed. Great rooms and exhilarating atmosphere. Definitely the hotel of my choice!

  Beautiful hotel situated in the Lowu district with large rooms and excellent view of the city. Accessibility of the hotel is at times difficult due to bad traffic in the Lowu area.
