  Time is over for this wheel. Due to bad maintenance and bad cleaning skills of the staff, the wheel is in poor condition. The wheel is a good idea. Next to the Stadion. But very often visibility in Changsha is cloudy. The view is limited. I liked it.. But I cannot recommend it anymore.
