  Rooms and lobby is nice. Cookies are excellent! Personnel is polite!
  BUT menu of the restaurant called "OPEN" is weak and inadequate!
  Also, Thai soup called Tom yum soup is a huge disappointment and disaster! The worst Tom yum soup I have ever ordered! No veggies inside and too spicy!
  Lasagna also not good! The lasagna noodles are not al dante!
  Don't order these dishes!

  Seriously you have to pay for WiFi! It's 2017 not 1997. Sort it out Hilton. Would be 4 stars otherwise but charging extras on top of £100 a night is just ridiculous.

  I've stayed in supposed 4 star or more hotels in other parts of China. This one is seriously the best I've stayed in. I cannot say how nice and helpful the staff were. Even though there was a language barrier for some things. I definitely will stay here on my next business trip. The rooms are also very big and comfortable. I stayed in a double Full Bed Room. Bathroom was superb. Amenities were nice. The Buffet in the morning was ok.

  I was to book this hotel, Everything was perfect! Only when i saw the NO-FREE-Wi-Fi i had to cancel my booking as this is just not acceptable, a hotel like Hilton doesn't have a free wi-fi?
  
  the regular hostels these days have free wi-fi these days.. Just so that they know, we were to book 9 rooms and we moved to a different property ONLY becuase of the wi-fi!

  The property is nice service just OK my room was supposed to be a nonsmoking room but it had a terrible smoke stench I couldn't sleep also couldn't open a window to get fresh air.
  The shower had no water pressure.
  Had a disappointing stay not like I usually have when I stay at the hilton brand.
