It's an embassy where they do immigration visa interviews. My wife said the people were very nice, the staff was helpful.
I made a notary appointment and Sarah Healey, the representative who helped me, was very helpful and professional.
All the other employees were also similarly helpful.
The building itself is impressive on the interior, and it's easy to get from place to place.
The man working in CIS on 6/6 was friendly and helpful in filing the I-130 application. Sadly, the consulate still has a lot of improvements that need to be made. I tried calling their number within China and it does not work, however, the number for calling from the US worked. Also, the woman I spoke to on the phone regarding the application status wasn't friendly and was a bit bossy to be honest, so that wasn't really appreciated. Overall, they need to fix their phones and some of the staff could use some lessons on good customer service.
Stole our money and didn't do their job of processing our visa. Now, we have to pay for EVERYTHING all over again. Haven't had so much grief before in my life. Horrible
more than 7 months and still waiting for the administration processing to resolved. very slowly processing and timeless time waiting.
90% of the people working there are Chinese
Would think speaking with an American at the American consulate would be an easy process
Bloody useless had no clue what to do with K1 applications
