The hidden side of Phoenix Mountain
In Baoan there is a very popular mountain called Phoenix Mountain. It near Shajing. If you go to the main exit off of G107, you will run into thousands of people walking up to the temple.
Not many people know about the temple just to the north. This is one of the best kept secrets in Shenzhen. A place with tons of mountain hiking, a 50 kilometer long greenway circling lakes, and even a permanent carnival with tons of $1.50 rides for kids and adults alike.
I have been on weekdays and there is hardly anyone there. On weekends there are some people on the greenways, but it is still relatively deserted compared to downtown Shenzhen.response / report this review
