SNA Travel arranged 2 nights accommodation for my friend and I. The room was exceptionally comfortable and Rose (Sang Qian Qian) was so very helpful to us. The resort hot springs, pool and facilities were a wonderful break from the hustle and bustle of Beijing

The resort is beautiful but the customer service is horrible in the area of spa section. The workers seems exhausted and with very bitchy attitude. I left my Sony A6000 with f1.8-f5.5 lense camera in my room on the table on 8/19/16 morning one day after I checked in on 08/18/2016. I searched everywhere in my room and my suitcases but could not find it. I was certain the staff whom cleaned my room took my camera meanwhile I did not request for room service on 8/19/16. I claimed on 8/21/16 that my camera was lost on 8/19/16 and requested for hotel hallway video search but nothing was found according to the investigation department in the hotel. We will not recommend anyone stay in this unreliable resort.

溫泉酒店位於五環之外，離京承高速不遠，如果京承高速不堵車，開車過去很方便。
整個溫泉酒店佔地很大，每個房間都有泡湯池，避免了公共湯池泡湯的尷尬，熱水限量配置，只夠裝下滿滿一池，如果想要泡兩次的話每次只能放半池水。
除了酒店外還有獨棟別墅，獨享配備的露天湯池，不過價格也是十分高。
會議室、康體娛樂中心設施齊全，餐廳團餐味道一般。會議中心的服務人員服務態度很好response / report this review -
